We are especially proud of our team’s pledge of $12,656 to the United Way of Richmond County this year, which includes $10,656 pledged by employees and a $2,000 corporate gift. The donation marks an increase of 40 percent from last year. This is one of the many ways our team makes a positive impact in our community. Our people are proud to support Richmond County, volunteering their time, talent and funds to the benefit of educational and social causes.
The United Way of Richmond County helps provide funding for 17 agencies across the county: Back Pack Pals; Boy Scouts; Girl Scouts; Leak Street Alumni; Richmond County 4-H clubs; Richmond County Schools Exceptional Children; Sandhills Children’s Center; Richmond County Aging Services; Samaritan Colony; Habitat for Humanity of the N.C.
